Box Score DUE WEST- In a well played and hard fought match of two excellent teams the Erskine and King men battled to a 1-1 tie at Huggins Field on Saturday afternoon. The teams played an extra 20 minutes after the 90 minute regulation before finally settling on the tie. Both goals came in the 1st half with King scoring at 38:14 on a header by Nick Boegemann off a Ryan Murphy pass that was kicked into the box from 30 yards out. The lead for the Tornado was short-lived as one minute later Fleet senior Pete Savarese drilled a free kick thru the Tornado wall and past goalie Nate Brown. From that point the teams matched each other evenly with very few scoring opportunities. Erskine managed 15 shots on the day while the Tornado got off 11. Erskine freshman
