Clinton, SC – Despite being outshot 38-3, the Flying Fleet held Division I foe Presbyterian College scoreless through regulation.  Unfortunately, just 1:15 into overtime (91:15), Presbyterian’s Jessica Kramer found teammate Kate Baker open on the far post.  She shot the ball into the far siding netting to win the game 1-0 for the Blue Hose.  It was a valiant effort by the Fleet team who were missing several key players due to recent injuries.  Goalkeeper Si'Ara Washington (Mt. Pleasant, SC, Academic Magnet High School) finished the evening with 15 saves.   The Fleet fall to 1-5 on the year while Presbyterian improves to 2-6-1.  The Fleet host St. Andrews Presbyterian College this Saturday for homecoming.  Kick-off is set for 2 p.m.
