GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas announced the 2025 men's volleyball all-conference honors, and Erskine's
Allen Faison and
Pablo Zamar were each named to the All-Conference Carolinas Third Team.
The all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.
Faison, a junior opposite hitter from Orlando, Florida, was second on the team in kills (177) and third in blocks (40), as well as finishing in the top 10 in the conference in kills per set. He added in 9 aces and averaged 1.34 digs per set in 62 sets, seeing action in 19 matches this season. In the month of March, Faison tallied double-digit kills in 7 of the 8 matches he appreared in, including a season-high 18 kills at Barton on March 28.
Zamar, a junior outside hitter from Jujuy, Argentina led the Fleet in kills (192) and kills per set (3.05), both of which also ranked fifth in Conference Carolinas. He totaled 15 aces on the year, which ranked second on the team and was fourth on the Fleet with 36 blocks. Zamar reached double digits in kills in 10 separate matches this year, including a season-high 21 kills at Barton earlier this season.
Mount Olive swept the individual major awards with Jackson Lahey earning Offensive Player of the Year and Luca Colombo taking home both Defensive Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year honors, while the Trojans' head coach Yigit Erkek was named Coach of the Year.
