NINETY SIX, S.C. – The Erskine College men's golf team continued their 2025 spring season in the Bearcat Classic, hosted by Lander University, at the Patriot Golf Club at Grand Harbor earlier this week. Erskine finished 10th as a team in the event.

• The 54-hole event, hosted by the Patriot Golf Club at Grand Harbor in Ninety Six, S.C. is a two-day tournament.
• The course played to a par of 72.
• The field consists of 19 teams and a total of 108 participants.

THE FIELD
Wingate won the event with a 17-under performance across the three rounds, defeating Grand Valley State by four strokes. The Bulldogs' Jordan Hyland took home the individual title with an impressive 11-under scorecard.

Erskine has its final tournament of the regular season, at the Tennessee River Rumble, hosted by Lincoln Memorial University, on March 24-25.
