SNOW HILL, N.C. – The Erskine College men's golf team concluded its 2026 spring season with a fifth place finish at the Conference Carolinas Men's Golf Championships earlier this week.
William Herolf finished in the top five individually behind an impressive four-under performance in the final round to lead the way for the Fleet.

- The 54-hole event, hosted by Cutter Creek GC in Snow Hill, N.C. is a three-day tournament.
- The course played to a par of 72.
- The field consists of 12Â teams and a total of 72Â participants.

THE FIELD
Emmanuel won the event with a 5-over performance across the three rounds, including shooting under par in each of the final two rounds to beat Barton by four strokes. Mount Olive's Shawn Benson won the individual title with a four-under scorecard, edging Barton's Winston Knoblock by a stroke.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Erskine will wait on the announcement of the individual golfers who qualified for the upcoming NCAA Division II Southeast Regional, which will be held in Valdosta, Georgia from May 7-9.
