GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas announced their 2025-26 men's golf all-conference selections following the conference championship.
The all-conference awards were chosen by the league's head coaches.
Erskine sophomores
Drew Andrews and
Sam Allister were each named to the all-conference teams for a second consecutive year after another stellar season, and junior
Carson Benfield joined them on the all-conference team as well.
Allister, from Lisburn, Northern Ireland, highlighted his sophomore campaign with a joint-eighth place finish at the LMU River Rumble in March, behind a pair of even-par rounds to begin the event.Â
Andrews, a native of Hartsville, South Carolina, finished in the top 25 individually at this year's Conference Carolinas Championships and was the Fleet's top performer three times this spring. That includes his eight-over performance that earned him a spot in the top 20 at the LMU Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate, which garnered him Conference Carolinas Golfer of the Week honors.
Benfield, from Smyrna, South Carolina, had his best showing of the spring in the Conference Carolinas Championships, with a consistent performance across all three rounds giving him a four-over final scorecard that placed him tied for 11th individually in the postseason event.
The conference champions, Emmanuel, swept the three individual awards, with Lukas Lautrup-Nissen (Golfer of the Year), Gabriel Hull (Freshman of the Year), and Logan Reese (Coach of the Year) all being honored by the league.
