PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – The Erskine College men's golf team continued their 2024 spring season in the Spring Bulldog Classic, hosted by Barton College, over the past two days. Erskine finished 19th as a team and were led by
Aiken Golightly, who finished in the top 40 individually.

SPRING BULLDOG CLASSIC
- The 54-hole event, hosted by Caledonia Golf & Fish Club in Pawley's Island, S.C. is a two-day tournament.
- The course played to a par of 70.
- The field consists of 22 teams and 8 individuals for a total of 118 participants.

THE FIELD
Barton won the event with a 1-under scorecard, defeating Newberry and Columbus State by two strokes. The Bulldogs had a pair of top-10 finishes individually, while Shorter's Blake Henriques won the individual title for the event, posting a 10-under performance, including shooting an impressive 64 in the opening round.

The Fleet make the short trip to the Greenwood Country Club for the Bearcat Invitational, hosted by Lander University, on March 4-5.
