SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Fleet Women's Golf Team continued their spring 2023 season at the Converse Spring Invite at Carolina Country Club. Erskine finished in 6th as a team, led by Victoria Carrera, who earned a top-25 finish individually.

CONVERSE SPRING INVITE

• The 36-hole event, hosted by Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, S.C. is a two-day tournament.
• The course played to a par of 72.
• The field consists of 12 teams and 10 individuals for a total of 70 participants.

THE FIELD
The hosts, Converse University, ran away with the team title, defeating second-place Newberry by 13 strokes. Converse's Ava O'Sullivan won the individual title with a two-over par performance, leading the way for the victors, who had all five of its golfers finish in the top 11 individually.

The Fleet get set to compete in the Lady Bearcat Invitational, hosted by Lander University, on March 27-28.
