HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. - The Coastal Plain League announced the rosters for the 2022 All-Star Game to be held in Holly Springs, North Carolina at Dick Sears Field at Ting Stadium on Sunday, July 10 at 5:40 p.m. and five Conference Carolinas student-athletes from four different institutions received the honor. 
 
Outfielder Armando Becerra will represent the Savannah Bananas as a starter on the West team and is joined by four other Conference Carolinas representatives to be named to the teams.
 
Becerra is currently fifth in the league in hitting at .340 with an .837 OPS. He has four doubles, two triples, 12 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has helped the Bananas to a division-best 22-9 record this season.

The rising junior from Miami, Florida has continued his outstanding production at the plate following a tremendous sophomore campaign for the Fleet where he hit .343 with 21 extra base hits and stole 24 bases.

The players were voted upon within their division by CPL head coaches, broadcasters and local media representatives from each market. Since the game is being played in the Holly Springs Salamanders' home ballpark, the East CPL All-Stars will be the home team while the West CPL All-Stars will serve as the visitors.
