GREENVILLE, S.C. – Kyle Knoll was named the Conference Carolinas Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week of April 20-27, 2026.
A redshirt junior left-handed pitcher from Indian Land, South Carolina, Knoll was solid in two outings for Erskine last week. He tossed four innings in relief to help Erskine defeat 13th-ranked Young Harris on Friday. In the outing, he struck out five and allowed just two runs on three hits. Earlier in the week he recorded the final out against North Georgia.
Knoll becomes the first Erskine player to earn the league's pitcher of the week honors since Allan Saathoff in 2021.
Erskine begins Conference Carolinas Tournament action in Gastonia, North Carolina with a play-in round game against Southern Wesleyan University on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
