Due West, SC – On Friday afternoon, Brandon Overstreet signed a professional contract to play for the Gateway Grizzles of the Frontier League.

Overstreet is coming off a senior season in which he hit .417 with 22 doubles, 11 home runs, 61 RBI's and became the 12^th NCAA Baseball All-American in school history.  In his two years at Erskine Overstreet hit .385 with 37 doubles, 21 home runs, 102 RBI's, and slugged .639.  He finished the season ranked 6^th in the NCAA in hits (91), 13^th in doubles (22), 13^th in Total Bases (150), 20^th in Runs (62), and 35^th in RBI's (61).
