Tigerville, S.C. – The Erskine Flying Fleet (1-5, 0-3) lost to in-state conference foe North Greenville University Crusaders (2-4, 1-0) 7 to 2 this afternoon at the Vance Tennis Complex.
 
Erskine won one of the three doubles matches.  Doubles pair Jason Harris (Benoni, South Africa, Christian Brothers College) and Wilson Mathewes (Greenville, SC, Mauldin High School) slipped past Sergio Filho and Jose Gomez 9 to 7 to improve their season record to 5-1.
 
In the singles matches, the Fleet played hard but lost five of the six matches.  Andre Andre (Setubal, Portugal) triumphed in three sets at #4 singles to pick up the Fleet's second point.
 
Erskine travel to play Southern Wesleyan University on Saturday starting at 1:00 p.m.
