Due West, S.C. – The Erskine Flying Fleet (2-7, 1-4) fell to in-state conference foe Limestone College Saints (3-2, 2-0) 8 to 1 this afternoon in men's tennis action at the Erskine College Tennis Complex.
 
In doubles play, Erskine's Jason Harris (Benoni, South Africa, Christian Brothers College) and Wilson Mathewes (Greenville, SC, Mauldin High School) claimed their seventh victory in nine attempts, defeating the Saints' #1 doubles duo of Gustavo D'Ascenzi and Stefano Soares 8 to 6.  Erskine lost the other two doubles matches 8 to 0.
 
Limestone won all six singles matches to win the match 8 to 1.  Harris nearly forced a third set in his #1 singles match, but lost 7-6 and 7-5. 
 
Erskine plays at home this Saturday against the visiting Patriots of Francis Marion University.  The match is set to begin at noon.
