Box Score Due West, S.C. – The Erskine Flying Fleet (7-3, 4-1) were handed their first conference loss by the Pfeiffer Falcons, losing in straight sets 3-0 (25-15, 25-19, 25-16) in men's volleyball action at Belk Arena.
 
Pfeiffer dominated at the net, recording 12 blocks while holding the Fleet to a season-low -.010 hitting percentage on the night.
 
Sophomore Roberto Perez (Dorado, P.R., Bayamon Military Academy) led the Fleet with 10 kills.
 
The Falcons were led by Sonny Hirini's 11 kills on 24 attempts.  Middle hitter Evan Blair had a game high 10 blocks.
 
Erskine plays two games this weekend.  On Friday the Fleet play the Bulldogs of Barton College at 7:00 p.m. followed by a game on Saturday against the Mount Olive Trojans at 2:00 p.m.
