Box Score Belmont, N.C. – The Erskine Flying Fleet (17-6, 10-2) clobbered the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey College 3-0 (25-19, 25-18, 25-19) tonight in Conference Carolinas men's volleyball action at the Wheeler Center. 
Setter 
Corey Marks (Southwest Ranches, FL, Archbishop Edward McCarthy High School) handed out a game-high 39 assists and directed the Fleet attack to a .395 hitting percentage, their third highest hitting percentage this season.  The sophomore setter also contributed 3 kills and 4 digs. 
Freshman 
Roberto Perez Vargas (Dorado, P.R., Bayamon Military Academy) drilled a game-high 19 kills on 29 attempts to lead the Flying Fleet while teammate 
Mike Michelau (Trevor, WI, Westosha Central High School) added 11 kills on 17 attempts. 
With the win, Erskine maintains their one game lead over the University of Mount Olive (13-10, 10-3) for the top spot in the conference standings with two games remaining. 
The Fleet play their last two games this weekend.  On Friday, Erskine can secure a first round bye in the upcoming tournament with a win against King.  On Saturday, Erskine will look to secure their first regular season title with a victory over Lees-McRae.
