Box Score Due West, S.C. – Erskine flew past Coker 3-0 (25-13, 25-22, 25-23) tonight in Conference Carolinas men’s volleyball action at Belk Arena.

With the win, Erskine (12-12, 8-6) secured a spot in the conference tournament and stays a game ahead of Limestone for 4^th place in the conference standings.  With two conference games remaining, Erskine also assures themselves a .500 record in conference in their first season.

Coker had difficulty getting into their offense, committing 15 service errors.  Erskine also limited Coker to .093 hitting percentage in the game. 

Freshman Mike Kawa led the Fleet offensively with 12 kills.  Fellow freshman Mike Michelau had 8 kills along with 6 digs and 2 blocks.  Setter Corey Marks had a stellar outing directing the Fleet offense, recording 31 assists along with 6 digs.

The Cobras were led by Jared Geizer’s 7 kills.  He also had 5 digs and 2 blocks.

Erskine takes advantage of spring break this week to travel to Massachusetts to play Sacred Heart University and Harvard University.
