Box Score Banner Elk, N.C. – Erskine lost on the road to Lees-McRae College tonight 3-0 (22-25, 18-25, 18-25) in Conference Carolinas men’s volleyball action at Williams Gymnasium.

The young Fleet team had a difficult time at the net against the Bobcats.  Lees-McRae limited Erskine to just a .090 hitting percentage while recording 10 blocks on the night.

Mike Michelau (Bristol, WI, Westosha Central High School) led the Fleet with 9 kills while Mike Kawa (Debica, Poland, Elk Grove High School) had 8 kills and 2 blocks.

Jose Ribas led the Bobcats with a game-high 12 kills.  John Lucas had 8 kills along with 10 digs and 3 blocks.

Erskine drops to 5-8 overall and 3-6 in conference while Lees-McRae climbs to 10-3 overall and 6-3 in conference.

Erskine stays on the road travelling to Bristol, Tennessee, on Saturday to play King University and Emmanuel College.
