Due West, SC – The Erskine men’s tennis team pounded visiting Cedarville University today 8 to 1.  The Fleet won two of the three doubles matches then swept the six single matches.  The Fleet won all the single matches in straight sets except for #5 singles.  Vincent Chauvette got off to a slow start, dropping the first set 3 to 6, but dominated the next two sets, winning 6 to 2 and 1-0 (10 to 1).  With the win, the Fleet even their record at 3-3 on the season.  The Fleet travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, to play the Royals of Queens University in Conference Carolinas action.  The match is set to begin at 2:00 p.m.
