BRISTOL, Tenn. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (0-20, 0-15 CC) was defeated by King University (10-13, 8-7 CC) by a score of 71-55 at the King Student Center Complex on Thursday night.
Ruben Salazar posted his first career double-double, totaling 21 points and 11 rebounds, along with six assists in the best outing of the season for the freshman.

Erskine shot 36% (19-53) from the field but just 29% (6-21) from three-point territory. The Fleet were unable to contain the Tornado, who posted a very efficient 56% field percentage and made 11 of their 23 three-point attempts.
