GREENVILLE, S.C. – Conference Carolinas announced their 2025 women's tennis all-conference awards prior to the start of the 2025 Conference Carolinas Women's Tennis Championship that starts on Thursday, and Erskine had three representatives on the second team in Ariana Jativa, Teodora Stefanovic, and Hanna Vasconez.

The all-conference awards were voted on by the Conference Carolinas women's tennis head coaches.

Jativa, a junior from Guayaquil, Ecuador, posted an impressive 8-1 record in conference play at the No. 2 singles position for the Fleet this year, as well as going 6-3 at the No. 1 doubles position with Teodora Stefanovic. Jativa has now been named to an all-conference team in all three seasons with the Fleet.

Stefanovic, a junior from Belgrade, Serbia, totaled a 6-2 record in conference matches at the No. 3 singles position, and a 6-3 record at the No. 1 doubles position paired with Jativa. A two-time representative on the Conference Carolinas All-Tournament Team, Stefanovic now also has a regular season accolade as well.

Vasconez, a junior from Riobamba, Ecuador, has stepped into the No. 1 singles position for Erskine this season seamlessly and posted a 10-8 record in singles play, as well as going 12-5 overall and 6-2 in conference at the No. 3 doubles position for the Fleet. A Third Team all-conference honoree two years ago as a freshman, Vasconez has had a fantastic bounce-back season after missing all of her sophomore year.

Lees-McRae's Pati Vedia Sanchez was named Player of the Year, while Young Harris' Maud Scholten earned Freshman of the Year honors, and Bobcats' head coach Randy Bloemendal was selected as the Coach of the Year. For the full release, click here.

Erskine begins its 2025 Conference Carolinas Tournament in the semifinal round of the event on Saturday at 9 a.m., where the Fleet await the winner of the quarterfinal between Barton and Young Harris/Francis Marion.
