MCCORMICK, S.C. – The Erskine College men's golf team began their 2024 fall season in the Bearcat Fall Invitational, hosted by Lander University, at the Monticello Golf Club earlier this week.
Erskine duo Drew Andrews and
Laurenz Meifels led the Fleet, each posting a three-under par scorecard for the event and finishing in the top-15 individually.
BEARCAT FALL INVITATIONAL
- The 54-hole event, hosted by Monticello Golf Club in McCormick, SC is a two-day tournament.
- The course played to a par of 72.
- The field consists of 19 teams and a total of 104 participants.

THE FIELD
North Georgia won the event with an impressive 28-under performance, defeating West Florida by seven strokes. However, the Argonauts' Cooper Tendick took home the individual title with a 12-under par scorecard across the three rounds, holding off UNG's Ethan Day by one stroke.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Fleet are back in the action later this month, taking part in the UNG Mizuno Intercollegiate, held at the Chattahoochee Golf Club on September 22-24.
