GREENSBORO, N.C. – The 2024 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division II All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year have been announced in all eight regions. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Division II All-America & Coach of the Year Committee.

Erskine's Josean Sánchez was named to the Second Team for Southeast Region adding a third all-region honoree to his name after an outstanding 2024 season.

Sánchez , a junior second baseman from Kissimmee, Florida, led the Fleet in average (.390), runs (56), hits (71), and doubles (14). Sanchez tallied a hit in 37 of the 46 games he featured in, including 22 multi-hit games. The second baseman also posted a .970 fielding percentage, making just five errors in 166 chances, while also turning 17 double plays in the middle infield for the Fleet. Sanchez was also a first team All-Conference Carolinas selection and a second team all-region nominee by the NCBWA and the D2CCA following an impressive campaign.

Lincoln Memorial's Carson Boles was named Player of the Year, and fellow Conference Carolinas representative Zach Murray of Young Harris was tabbed Pitcher of the Year in the Southeast Region.

The Chair of the ABCA NCAA Div. II All-America & Coach of the Year Committee is Rudy Garbalosa of Lynn University. Also on the committee are Randy Betten (Cal Poly Pomona), Jim Gantt (Catawba College), Rick Giannetti (Dominican College), Dave Hajek (University of Colorado at Colorado Springs), Ryan Kelley (Wayne State University), Alex Koch (Wayne State College) and Marc Marizzaldi (Seton Hill University).
