DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The Erskine College women's tennis team was defeated by Columbus State University by a 4-0 scoreline in the opening round of the 2024 NCAA Division II Southeast Regional at the University of North Georgia Tennis Complex at Yahoola Creek on Friday.

WHAT'S NEXT?
Erskine's 2024 season comes to a close with the defeat on Friday. A season where the Fleet won 14 consecutive matches at one point during the regular season and took home the Conference Carolinas Tournament title for the first time since 2021, this year was full of memorable moments. Erskine will lose five seniors, including its No. 1 doubles duo of Emma Bentz and Luize Valtere, as the Fleet will begin preparations for the 2025 campaign.
