Jacob Mullen had a career night in the Fleet win, totaling 10 kills on an efficient .500 hitting percentage, while also adding six digs. Mullen started the night with five kills on his first five swings of the opening set and never looked back.

Erskine hit .333 (37 K / 13 E / 72 TA) for the match and also put on a defensive clinic, holding LMC to just a -.045 hitting percentage, the lowest by an Erskine opponent this season.

Erskine wraps up its five-match home stand with a Conference Carolinas Tournament semifinal rematch against King University (1-10, 1-2 CC) on Saturday at 2 p.m. The Fleet won a five-set thriller over the Tornado in their last meeting in Due West, but King ended Erskine's season in the semifinals of the conference tournament three weeks later.
