DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (3-15, 0-11 CC) was defeated by Emmanuel University (18-4, 10-1 CC) by a score of 82-49 at Belk Arena on Wednesday night.

THE TEAM
Erskine shot 40% (19-47) from the field, but just 18% (3-17) from the three-point line, and were 73% (8-11) from the free throw line. The Fleet were undone by an offensive onslaught in the first half by the Lions, who scored 48 points on a remarkable 62% shooting in the opening period.

Erskine goes on the road this weekend to take on the University of Mount Olive (5-15, 4-6 CC) on Saturday at 6 p.m.
