DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (0-1) was defeated by USC Aiken (1-0) by a score of 96-58 at Belk Arena in the Fleet's 2023-24 season opener on Friday night.

THE TEAM
Erskine shot 44% (20-46) from the field and 44% (7-16) from the three-point line. The Fleet were 61% (11-18) from the free throw line, but were outrebounded by the Pacers 43 to 19, including 18 offensive rebounds, which led to 24 second-chance points for USC Aiken.

Erskine heads on the road for the first time, as the Fleet renew their rivalry with Anderson University on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
