MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – The Erskine Men's and Women's Track & Field teams wrapped up competition in the 2022 Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships this weekend at the Ray McDonald Sr. Sports Complex in Mount Olive, North Carolina on the campus of Mount Olive. The Men's Team totaled 30 points, earning an 9th place finish while the Women's Team finished in 8th place with 38 points scored.

Joshua Drew in coaching multiple events. To have so many athletes, most of which are freshmen and sophomores to score in the sprints, jumps and throws at such a high level is a reflection of his persistence and attention to detail."

The Fleet have one last event in the outdoor season, on Friday May 6 at Montreat College for the Last One Best One event. Freshman
Mi'aire Haynie is closing in on the provisional marks for the 100m (11.86 seconds) and 200m (24.38 seconds) Dashes which she will attempt to reach this Friday that would qualify her for Nationals and would be the first Erskine athlete to reach a provisional mark.
