DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (0-8, 0-2 CC) was defeated by Southern Wesleyan University (1-7, 1-2 CC) by a score of 79-64 at Belk Arena on Saturday afternoon.

Erskine shot 34% (23-68) from the field and 21% (4-19) from the three-point line. The Fleet were 82% (14-17) from the free throw line and had a 30 to 28 advantage in points in the paint.

WHAT'S NEXT? 
Erskine has the week off before going back on the road next weekend to take on Converse University (3-5, 2-1 CC) on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. Converse won both meetings last season, including a 94-83 win in Spartanburg last November.
