JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – The Erskine College men's basketball team (0-7, 0-1 CC) was defeated by Carson-Newman University (4-1, 0-0 SAC) by a score of 84-47 at Holt Fieldhouse on Saturday afternoon.

WHAT'S NEXT? 
After a long road stretch to open the season, Erskine has it home opener on Saturday afternoon when they take on Southern Wesleyan University (0-6, 0-1 CC) at 4:00 p.m. SWU won both meetings last year, including a narrow 69-65 win in Due West last December.
