Coker took two wins over Fleet softball in today's double header. Coker held Erskine scoreless in game one winning 0-8. Erskine was able to earn a run in the second game, but ultimately dropped the contest 1-12.

Game 1: The first inning remained scoreless in game one with Coker forcing Erskine to leave two on base in the bottom of the inning. Coker posted six runs over the next two innings but was held scoreless through the fourth and fifth. Taylor Antley got Erskine's sole hit of the game in the bottom of the fifth, however was picked off at third base to end the inning. Coker would go on to earn two more runs in the top of the sixth, ending the game in a 0-8 shutout.

Game 2: After giving up three runs in the top of the first, the Fleet were able to get on the board in the bottom half of the inning. Allison Neeley singled to center field to bring in teammate Kelci Brown for an earned run. Coker pulled away in the third with four runs in a single inning. Coker held the Fleet scoreless for the remainder of the contest, ending the game in the fifth inning 1-12. Kelci Brown led the Fleet in the second game going 2-2 and scoring the Fleet's only run.

The Fleet travel to Newberry, SC on Tuesday, February 11th to play a double header against Newberry College.
