SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Erskine College women's volleyball team has withdrawn from this weekend's NCCAA National Tournament as a safety precaution.
 
The 2020 version of the Division I NCCAA women's volleyball national tournament consists of eight teams and is being hosted by University of Northwestern in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
 
The Fleet secured its spot in the tournament by sweeping south regional opponent Carolina University (25-23, 27-25, 25-22) on November 10 in Belk Arena.

The Fleet's fall campaign was highlighted by a trio of wins as they opened the season by sweeping Bob Jones University on October 15 and then defeated the same Bruins squad in Greenville 15 days later.
 
The 2021 portion of the Fleet's schedule kicks off in February when Erskine hosts Conference Carolinas foe, Barton College at 5:00 PM in Belk Arena on February 26.
