CENTRAL, S.C. – The Erskine College women's volleyball team (8-19, 6-13 CC) was defeated by Southern Wesleyan University (13-11, 11-8 CC) in straight sets at Tysinger Gymnasium on Saturday in the Fleet's final road match of the regular season.

THE TEAM
Erskine hit a conference season-low -.050 (25 K / 31 E / 121 A) for the match, while SWU posted a .179 hitting percentage. The Fleet totaled six aces in the match but were outblocked by the Warriors, 8 to 3.

Erskine finishes the regular season with a home battle against the Southwest Division leaders, Emmanuel University (17-9, 14-5 CC), on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
