Botetourt, VA – Erskine remained undefeated and advanced to the championship of the NCCAA World Series. The Fleet defeated Concordia 7-4 in the final game of pool play and then shut out Judson 4-0 to advance to the championship.

Ellison Garren led the Fleet at the plate going 2-3 with a double and RBI, while
Julia Cole was 1-2 with a home run and two runs driven in.
Taylor Payne finished the game 1-2 with a double, run scored, and one RBI and
Allison Neeley was 1-3 with two RBI's.
Samantha Schmidt (1-0) picked up the win allowing four runs on eight hits and striking out seven in five innings of work.
Erskine vs. Judson
Reagan Davis was 3-4 with a run scored and RBI, while
Shi Cain was 2-3 with two runs driven in to lead the Erskine offense. Payne was 2-4 with a double and RBI and Neeley had a single and two runs scored.
Hannah Houge (19-6) got the win allowing just two hits and struck out six in another complete game shutout.
The Fleet advance to the championship tomorrow at noon where they will face either Biola University or Concordia University.
