Botetourt, VA – Top seeded Erskine won their first two games of pool play in the 2019 NCCAA World Series. The Fleet defeated Kentucky Christian 5-4 in eight innings in game one and Southwestern Assemblies of God University 3-0 in game two.

Reagan Davis led the Fleet offense going 2-4 with a home run and four RBI's, while
Ellison Garren was 1-3 and had a walk off double to drive in the winning run and
Taylor Antley was 2-2 with a run scored.
Hannah Houge (17-6) got the win allowing one hit and striking out five in four scoreless innings of relief.
Erskine vs. SAGU
Davis was the lone Erskine player with multiple hits going 2-3, while
Shi Cain was 1-2 with a RBI.
Allison Neeley and
Ryleigh Davis each had one hit. Houge (18-6) picked up her second win of the day allowing two hits and striking out five in a complete game shutout.
