Fleet Shutout Montreat 8-0

Montreat, NC – Erskine shut out Montreat 8-0 Wednesday afternoon in non-conference baseball action. 
 
Nick Vella led the Fleet offense going a perfect 4-4 with a double and one RBI, while Drew Yniesta was 2-4 with two doubles, three runs scored and two runs driven in.  Chase Crouch had a double and Gregory Sanders had a home run for Erskine.  Zach Farmer (4-1) got the win allowing just one walk and striking out three in one inning of relief.
