Point Lookout, MO - The Erskine College women's cross country team finished fourth, and the men's team finished ninth at NCCAA National Championship.
Freshman
Lizzie Naval led the Fleet with a time of 19:41.24 to finish seventh and earn a spot on the All-American team. Marie Berghaus finished 24th with a time of 20:42.05, and
Brittany Smith finished 30th with a time of 21:14.80.
Mary Ashley Moore ran 21:21.75 to finish 33rd, while
Parker Jones finished 35th with a time of 21:22.65.
Melaina Brown and Shamia Mckinney finished with times of 22:18.75 and 22:22.49, respectively.
On the men's side, Jonathan Penter led the Fleet with a time of 28:00.73 to finish in 24th place. Reilly Gobin finished 48th with a time of 29:25.98, while Jensen Button ran a time of 29:35.01 to finish 53rd. Shamel Jacques finished with a time of 31:21.24, and Joshua Meadows ran a time of 31:26.24. Jeremiah Campbell and Robert Lewis finished with times of 31:40.82 and 32:01.72, respectively.
