Box Score Due West, SC – Erskine scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to take a 4-2 victory over Georgia Southwestern in the series opener Friday afternoon. 
 
Austin Mapes was 2-4 with a double and three RBI's to lead the Fleet, while Chaz Davey was 2-4 with a run driven in.  Connor Greene was 1-2 with a double and run scored and Thomas Lavin was 1-3 with a run scored for Erskine.  Grayson King (3-1) picked up the win with one inning of shutout relief work.   Trey Watts (3) picked up the save striking out one in a scoreless ninth inning.
