Barton Takes Two From Erskine

Wilson, NC – Barton swept a Conference Carolinas double header from Erskine, winning both games by a score of 2-1.

Game One

Lydia Trexler led the Fleet at the plate going 2-3, while Sydney Grimes was 1-1 with a double.  Brittany Reynolds and Chandler Crawford each had one hit.  Candace Fitch (4-4) took the loss allowing two runs on one hit in 1.1 innings of work.

Game Two

Reynolds led Erskine at the plate in game two, going 2-4 with an RBI.  Brittany Rhinehardt had a triple and run scored and Mia Blochaviak had a double.  Sheridan Butcher (1-2) took the loss allowing one run on two hits in 1.1 innings of work.
