DUE WEST- The Erskine women's tennis team shutout Barton on Friday afternoon with a dominating 9-0 win. Erskine swept the three doubles matches before taking six straight set matches in singles. Junior Mollie Polk and freshman Rachel Berkey were flawless, not losing a single game. The duo teamed at #3 doubles to win 8-0. Polk then dispatched Barton's Casey Utley, 6-0, 6-0, at #5 singles. Berkey topped Barton's Hannah Teasley, 8-0, at #6 singles. The win was Erskine's second straight 9-0 win to open conference play. The Fleet improved to 2-2 on the season and 2-0 in Conference Carolinas play
