Belmont, N.C. – The Erskine Flying Fleet (14-5, 8-0) clinched their ninth regular season title in the last ten years with today's 9-0 victory over the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey College in Conference Carolinas women's tennis action.

The Abbey never threatened the Flying Fleet as Erskine lost just 3 games in the entire contest.  Erskine won the three doubles matches by the score of 8-0.  Erskine continued their domination in the six singles matches, yielding just three games in winning all six matches in straight sets.

Erskine will host in-state conference rival North Greenville University on Wednesday starting at 1:00 p.m.  Prior to the match, Erskine will honor their senior tennis player Corin Hallman (Mt. Pleasant, SC, Wando High School) for her contributions to the Erskine Women's Tennis Program.
