Due West, S.C. – The Erskine Women's Tennis Team (13-5) cruised past archrival Anderson University (7-7) 7 to 2 this afternoon in non-conference women's tennis action at the Erskine College Tennis Complex.

After claiming #1 and #2 doubles, Erskine made it a clean sweep when Mollie Polk (Round O, SC, Pinewood Preparatory School) and Haley Whatley (North Richland Hills, TX, Birdville High School) edged Alexandra Ebner and Nikkola Wichenko 9 to 7.

Erskine won four of the six singles matches to secure their 13^th win of the season.  Corin Hallman (Mt. Pleasant, SC, Wando High School) blitzed her opponent, losing just one game.  Sarah McDonald (Cottageville, SC, Colleton Preparatory Academy) and Polk won in straight sets while Mika Goyette (Brossard, Quebec, Ecole Secondaire De Mortague) needed an extra set to win her match.

For their next match, Erskine will travel to play Belmont Abbey on Saturday.
