Box Score Anderson, SC – Anderson scored five runs in their final three at bats to take a 9-6 victory over Erskine Tuesday night in non conference baseball action.

Anderson (13-23) would score four runs in the first three innings to take an early lead over the Fleet.  In the top of the fifth inning, Richard Dix (Clemson, SC, Daniel HS) would lead off with a walk and then advanced to third on a double by Destin Nichols (Tampa, FL, Berkley Prep).  Tanner Lollis (Williamston, SC, Palmetto HS) would then follow with another double to score both runners and cut the Trojan lead in half.  Lollis would then advance to third on a ground out by Andrew Kozak (Sidney, NY, Hudson Valley CC) and score on a ground out by Brandon Overstreet (Stuart, FL, Herkimer CC) to make it a 4-3 game.  In the top of the sixth, Chase Corn (Travelers Rest, SC, Blue Ridge HS) would be hit by a pitch to lead off the inning and then score when Logan Galliher (Taylorsville, NC, Alexander Central HS) doubled to left center field.  Galliher would later score when Dix reached on a fielder's choice to give Erskine (21-9) a one run lead.  Dix would then score on a wild pitch to make it a two run game.  The lead would be short lived as the Trojans would score three runs in the bottom half of the inning to retake the lead.   Anderson would add two more runs in the eighth to take the victory.

Overstreet continued to swing a hot bat, going 3-5 with an RBI, while Galliher and Kozak added two hits each.  Chase Norman (Blacksburg, SC, Blacksburg HS) (2-1) took the loss allowing three runs on four hits in two innings of work.
