Box Score Misenheimer, N.C. – Behind senior Caitlin Bullock's 15 kills, the Erskine Flying Fleet (9-5, 5-0) ripped through the Falcons of Pfeiffer University (0-14, 0-7) 3 to 0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-19) in Conference Carolinas women's volleyball action at Merner Gym.
 
Bullock (Lexington, SC, White Knoll High School) knocked down 7 of her game-high 15 kills in the first set.  The senior outside hitter was extremely efficient, recording her seven kills on just ten attempts.  As a team, Erskine hit .429 in the set while limiting Pfeiffer to just a .071 hitting percentage.
 
While the Flying Fleet did not hit nearly as well in the second set, the Fleet used a 6 to 2 run to close out the set.  Both Bullock and Kelly Sullivan (Wellington, FL, Wellington Community High School) finished with four kills in the set.
 
Erskine won the final set behind another strong offensive performance, hitting .370.  Bullock again led the offensive charge with four kills while Sullivan contributed three kills on just four attempts.
 
Erskine ended the game with a .326 hitting percentage while holding Pfeiffer to just .095. 
 
In addition to her 15 kills, Bullock had two aces, 5 digs and 2 blocks.  Teammate Kristen Dodge (Duncan, SC, Byrnes High School) had another strong game from her setter position, handing out 33 assists and 9 digs while Catherine McAlister (Charleston, SC, Bishop England School) had six kills on 11 attempts along with 5 blocks.
 
With the win, Erskine has now won their last five games in a row, all by the same score of 3 to 0.
 
Erskine stays on the road to play the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey College tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.
