DUE WEST, S.C. – The Erskine College women's volleyball team (5-16, 3-10 CC) defeated Young Harris College (7-12, 1-11 CC) in straight sets at Belk Arena on Saturday afternoon, as the Fleet shook off a loss on Friday with a convincing home win to wrap up this week's home stand.
After hitting .359 in a dominant opening set, the Fleet had to earn it down the stretch in each of the final two sets, but Erskine's significant advantage at the net and in the serving department helped them take care of the Mountain Lions in straight sets.
