Due West, S.C. – On Senior Day Erskine closed out their regular season with a 9-0 thrashing of the Crusaders of North Greenville University in Conference Carolinas women’s tennis action at the Erskine College Tennis Complex. 

With the win, Erskine wraps up their record season 15-5 overall and a perfect 10-0 in conference.

Erskine breezed through the three doubles matches, losing only two total games.  Senior tandem Abby O'Reilly (Acworth, GA, Harrison High School) and Victoria Stephens (Cumming, GA, South Forsyth High School) shut out their opponent 9-0.

The Fleet also had little difficulty in single matches, winning all six in straight sets.  O’Reilly defeated Rebecca Beacham 6-1, 6-1 while Stephens won 6-3, 6-3 over Muriel Adib.

Erskine enters next week’s conference tournament as the #1 seed and will face #8 seed Coker College in the first round.  Erskine defeated Coker 9-0 back on April 6^th.
