Box Score Gaffney, S.C. – Despite a season-high 18 kills by junior Caitlin Bullock (Lexington, SC, White Knoll High School).  Erskine (3-10, 2-4) lost to in-state conference rival Limestone College 3-1 (25-15, 25-19, 22-25, 15-22) tonight at the Timkin Center.

Both Bullock and junior setter Megan Johnson (Little River, SC, Scholars Academy) turned in double-doubles tonight but could not lead the Fleet to victory.  Johnson set Bullock for a season-high 65 times as Bullock pounded out a game-high 18 kills in addition to 12 digs.  Johnson ended with a game-high 31 assists and a team-high 13 digs.  Libero Anna Butrym (West Columbia, SC, White Knoll High School) and defensive specialist Kendall Kirk (Lexington, SC, White Knoll High School) had 10 assists each.

Limestone's Jessica Johnson had a team-high 15 kills along with 11 digs to power the Saints to victory.  Teammate Judy Slaw also had 11 kills. 

Erskine struggled again with serves with 11 service errors and 9 reception errors.

Erskine continues their road trip tomorrow playing Converse College at 2:00 p.m.
