Box Score Due West, SC – The Bearcats of Lander scored seven runs on 16 hits to take a 7-3 victory over Erskine Wednesday afternoon in non conference action.
 
Erskine (4-4) took a 1-0 lead in the first on a solo home run to left center field by junior Drew Willingham.  Lander (4-4) would answer with three runs in the top half of the second and would never trail again. 

Willingham led the Fleet at the plate going 2-4 with a home run and run driven in, while Will Huff and Phillip Herring each added two hits in the loss.  Taylor Wall (0-2) took the loss allowing three runs on six hits in two innings of work.

AJ Nunziato led the Bearcat offense going 3-4 with a double and two RBI’s, while Patrick Grady was 4-6 with an RBI.  Brandon Miller (2-1) Picked up the win allowing three runs on five hits and striking out nine in five innings of work.
