Due West, SC - North Greenville swept a non conference double header from Erskine College Thursday afternoon at Grier Field. The Crusaders won game one 19-2 and game two 6-1.

Zach McCarthy (Spartanburg, SC, Byrnes HS) was the lone Fleet batter with multiple hits, going 2-3 with a double while John Bolding (Pickens, SC, Pickens HS) and Bryan Fogle (Lexington, SC, Lexington High School) each drove in a run in the loss. Chris Hall (Batesburg-Leesville, SC, Batesburg-Leesville HS) took the loss allowing five runs on six hits in two-thirds of an inning of work.

In game two, Greg Huff (McDonough, GA, Henry County High School), Fogle, Bolding, Drew Willingham (Greenwood, SC, Greenwood HS), and Brandon Garrett (Woodruff, SC, Woodruff HS) all had one hit apiece with Bolding driving in the lone Erskine run. Heath Gray (Byrnes, SC, Byrnes HS) took the loss allowing six runs (three earned) in 4.1 innings of work and striking out four.

The Fleet travel to St. Andrews for a three game series starting tomorrow at 2:30.
