Due West, SC---The Erskine College softball team split a non conference double header with North Greenville University Monday afternoon, winning game one 3-0 and losing game two 6-2.

In game one, the Fleet were led at the plate by Lindsey LaPrad who was 2-3 and drove in all three of Erskine’s runs. Kayla Vinson finished the game 2-4, while Courtney Davis, Kaitlin Hunt, and Rebekah George each added a hit. Hunt picked up the win pitching five shut out innings, giving up four hits. Lauren Gunter picked up the save allowing no runs in the final two innings.

In game two, Erskine was led on offense by Ashlee LaFontaine who was 1-3 with an RBI, Hailey Whitlock who was also 1-3 and Hunt who was 1-1. Amanda Norton took the loss allowing five runs in 2 1/3 innings of work.
