Dave Majeski enters his first season as assistant coach for the Flying Fleet softball program.
Dave was an All-SEC outfielder for the University of Florida, where he holds four school records (hits in a season, career hits, career stolen bases, and career runs scored. He was top-10 in nine offensive categories at Florida, while playing in one College World Series and was selected in the Major League Baseball draft twice (Indians in 1991 and Brewers in 1992).
As a coach, Majeski was an assistant softball coach at Florida from 2001-2004 and the University of Memphis in 2006. He was then the head coach at Presbyterian College from 2007-2011.
He is married to Leah Majeski, who is a former University of Alabama softball standout, Dave also has two children Meagan and Hope.
